Primary Methods: We accept T/T (Bank Wire Transfer), Western Union, Ping Pong, and Pokepay.Currency: All transactions are processed in USD; other currencies need to be confirmed with our sales team.Payment Terms: For most orders, we require payment in advance. Specific payment terms can be discussed for long-term partners.
Shipping Carriers: Our primary partners are DHL, FedEx, 4PX, and UPS for fast and reliable international delivery. You are welcome to use your own courier account for shipping. Please provide the account details when placing your order.
Processing Time: In-stock products are typically dispatched within 2~3 business days. For custom or out-of-stock items, the estimated lead time will be clearly stated on your quotation.
Shipping Costs: Freight costs are calculated based on the order's weight and destination. The final shipping charge will be listed on your formal quotation.
Customs, Duties & Taxes: Please note that you, the buyer, are responsible for any import duties, taxes, or customs fees levied by your country. These charges are not included in our product or shipping prices.
Our 3-Year Warranty: All Axonode Solution optical transceivers are covered by a 3-YEAR WARRANTY .This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. It does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents, or unauthorized modifications.
Lifetime Technical Support: Beyond the warranty period, we provide LIFETIME TECHNICAL SUPPORT for all our products.Our expert team is available to help you with configuration, troubleshooting, and compatibility questions for as long as you own the product.
Return Process for Defective Items: If you believe your product is defective under warranty, please contact our support team within 14 days of receiving your order. We will provide you with an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number and instructions for the return. Once we receive the returned item and verify the defect, we will, at our discretion, either repair it or send you a free replacement. We will cover the shipping cost of sending the new item to you.
Return Conditions: All returned products must be in their original condition and include all original packaging. Confirm RMA form, and the RMA number must be clearly marked on the outside of the shipping box.
Pricing & Availability: Due to the dynamic nature of the industry, prices and product availability are subject to change. All final details will be confirmed in your official quotation.
Limitation of Liability: In all events, Axonode Solution's liability is limited to, and shall not exceed, the purchase price paid for the product. We are not liable for any indirect or consequential damages.
Force Majeure: We are not liable for shipping delays caused by events beyond our control (e.g., natural disasters, severe weather).
We will always communicate any such delays proactively.
